Mixed Media Pandas

My Animals Around the World groups (K-5th) kicked off their first day of class creating mixed media pandas from China. Pandas were created using permanent marker and charcoal and backgrounds with oil pastel bamboo with liquid watercolor. By the time we were done hands (and some faces) were nicely smudged. Next up ....Elephants of Africa.
